Vargas talks with Simon rios, NPR reporter
Andy Vargas checks his mic before the interview with Simon Rios at WBUR- NPR Boston.
Vargas, 22, is the newest elected Haverhill city council. He is also the first Latino elected to a government position in the city history.
Andy holds a mayor from BU in Political Science and worked as an interned for the Obamas White House.
